Tailored specifically for Key Stage 1 pupils, our group instrumental lessons are perfect for getting children involved in instrumental music-making from a young age. Taught in groups of up to 10, these 30-minute lessons take place during the school day.

Key Stage 1 group lessons are available on Recorder, Ukulele and Violin. Although we will aim to give schools their first choice of instruments, this is only sometimes possible, so please indicate your second choice when booking.

Each group can be made up however you like: pupils from one class, multiple classes, or even a mix of Year 1 and Year 2 children. Like our Whole Class Ensemble Tuition for Key Stage 2 children, each pupil will be provided with an instrument they can use while learning with us.

Cost

Sessions cost £68 per hour (two 30-minute group sessions).

Depending on the circumstances, costs may be covered by Pupil Premium, Looked After Children Premium, the MOD Educational Support Fund and contributions from parents.

Please note that the minimum booking length for these sessions is 1 hour, with both groups learning the same instrument.
